abstract | The invention discloses a method for simultaneous online accumulation, enrichment and separation of various arsenic forms in natural medicines based on micelle-solvent accumulation. Efficient and sensitive two-step stacking capillary zoning of As(V), As(III), MMA and DMA by electrokinetic injection and micelle-to-solvent stacking MSS in co-electroosmotic flow co-EOF using the zwitterionic surfactant PAPS Electrophoresis CZE. HDMB-coated fused silica capillaries to satisfy the condition of the same EOF orientation between anions and capillaries. The background solution was borax buffer. Specifically, micelles and target analytes are injected into the stack by field-enhanced sample injection under negative pressure; methanol is injected, where the scanned analytes are brought by the micelles to the MSS boundary. The invention utilizes coating capillary electrophoresis to detect arsenic in natural medicine from micelle to solvent accumulation, realizes rapid detection of arsenic form, and improves the sensitivity of on-line enrichment of capillary electrophoresis samples. |
