abstract | The invention relates to a kind of waste PBT regenerated into degradable PBAT polymer and its preparation and application. First, waste PBT material is used as raw material for alcoholysis and filtration to obtain regenerated BHBT, and then the regenerated BHBT and BHAT are subjected to transesterification and polycondensation. The reaction obtains a degradable PBAT polymer; phytic acid, sodium phytate or potassium phytate are added to the alcoholysis as a complexing agent; the weight-average molecular weight of the prepared degradable PBAT polymer is 10,000-80,000, and the melting point is 40- 125℃, the melt index measured under the condition of temperature of 190℃ and load of 2.16kg is 8~50g/10min, content of terminal carboxyl group is 15~80mmol/t, b value of chromaticity is 5~20, intrinsic viscosity It is 0.5~1.6dL/g, and the biodegradation rate in 90 days is 50~90%. The invention prepares completely biodegradable PBAT material through chemical alcoholysis and repolymerization, and can be used in many fields such as packaging, tableware, agricultural film, biomedical polymer material and the like. |
