titleOfInvention A kind of high-strength crack-resistant concrete and preparation method thereof
abstract The application relates to the technical field of concrete, and specifically discloses a high-strength anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof, which are prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 250-350 parts of bauxite cement, 100-120 parts of fly ash, 300-500 parts of sand, 550-750 parts of crushed stone, 10-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 15-20 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 5-7 parts of fatty alcohol ether ester sulfate sodium salt, magnesium swelling 3-7 parts of medicine and 100-120 parts of water. The highest compressive strengths of concretes 7d and 28d obtained in this application are 71.3 MPa and 79.2 MPa, respectively, and the slump and dry shrinkage are 76 mm and 0.024%, respectively; the number of concrete cracks and the maximum crack width after the crack resistance test The minimum and crack lengths are 2, 0.20mm and 330mm respectively, and the crack resistance grade is 1, which improves the strength and crack resistance of the concrete.
