titleOfInvention A kind of gallium oxide with micro-nano structure, its preparation method and application
abstract This case relates to a micro-nano-structured gallium oxide, its preparation method and application. DL-aspartic acid and deionized water are added to a reaction flask, and ultrasonically dissolved, and then PEG solution, gallium nitrate solution and urea, stir and mix evenly to obtain a colorless, clear and transparent solution; heat to boiling, adjust the pH value of the solution to 6, and the system is in the form of a sol; wash and dry to obtain a precursor material; calcine to obtain α-Ga 2 O 3 nanomaterials. In the present invention, PEG-4000 and DL-aspartic acid are used as composite soft template agents to synthesize a GaOOH nanocrystal microsphere structure with relatively uniform shape and size, and the particle size is 500 nm. After the microspherical GaOOH nanostructures are calcined, α-Ga 2 O 3 microspheres with good morphology can be obtained, and the decolorization rate of the methyl violet aqueous solution is 99.85%, indicating that the experimentally prepared α-Ga 2 O 3 microspheres The spheres have good photocatalytic properties.
