titleOfInvention A simple preparation method of Z-type heterojunction photocatalytic material
abstract The invention discloses a simple preparation method of Z-type heterojunction composite material. Two semiconductors, Cu 2 O nanocrystals and g‑C 3 N 4 nanosheets, were combined to form a Z-type heterojunction. Using water as the proton source, carbon dioxide was efficiently reduced to methanol, and oxygen was generated at the same time. The synthesis method is simple, and water as a proton source does not require other sacrificial agents, thereby effectively reducing costs and having good application prospects.
