abstract | The invention discloses a method for analyzing the active aluminum content of passivated aluminum powder. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving and washing hot petroleum ether in a boiling state of the passivating aluminum powder, filtering for more than 5 times, and drying at 78-82° C. for 40 minutes. Afterwards, cooled to room temperature; then, in the treated passivation aluminum powder, add ferric sulfate, (1+9) sulfuric acid, then add saturated sodium bicarbonate solution, boil under closed conditions for 20-25min and then cool to room temperature; use distilled water After filling the rubber stopper, add mixed acid and 4 drops of sodium diphenylamine sulfonate indicator in turn, and finally use potassium dichromate standard solution to titrate at a titration speed of 10-12mL/min until the solution changes from green to blue-violet. The drop amount of potassium chromate standard solution was used to calculate the active aluminum content in the passivated aluminum powder. The invention fully considers the coating effect and the actual situation that aluminum is easily oxidized by oxygen in the air, effectively and accurately analyzes the content of active aluminum in the passivation aluminum powder, and provides reliable data support for scientific research experiments. |
