The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting Vibrio parahaemolyticus based on chemically enhanced CE-RAA-CRISPR. The invention combines the RAA amplification technology with the CRISPR system, optimizes the relevant detection conditions, selects the optimal detection method, and realizes the detection of trace food-derived Vibrio parahaemolyticus residues. The detection sensitivity is further enhanced by the addition of chemical reagents. Compared with the traditional culture detection method, this study overcomes the problems of long culture technology cycle, cumbersome process, and poor safety and timeliness. Compared with the previous molecular detection technology, the sensitivity and accuracy are improved, and the time for pathogenic bacteria detection is shortened. , and improved the high-throughput detection ability of a variety of bacteria and the identification of recessive bacteria. |
