The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the ester bond-containing resin in a catalyst and a solvent system, fragmenting its molecular network, and producing a non-crosslinked functional group-containing resin A mixture of polymer fragments; (2) introducing an additive, and reacting to produce a programmable tough resin or a photocurable resin; wherein the catalyst is selected from one or more of guanidine, amidine or amine catalysts; the solvent is selected from Dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, formamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylsulfoxide, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, ethanolamine, maleic acid, succinic acid, butanediamine or pyridine One or more of ; the functional groups include hydroxyl, carboxyl, secondary amide, and ester bonds. The method has low energy consumption and cost, good regenerated product performance, high economic added value, does not need to change existing products and production equipment, is easy to popularize on a large scale, and is very suitable for the recovery of resin waste containing ester bonds.
