The invention provides a preparation method of a polyvinyl alcohol-graphene oxide-polyaniline composite hydrogel. The preparation method uses polyvinyl alcohol as a flexible substrate, polyaniline as a conductive component, and graphene oxide strengthens the matrix structure and improves the water content. The gel response time increases the dispersibility of polyaniline, reduces the risk of hydrogel rupture under external force, improves the dense structure of polyvinyl alcohol, provides a channel for electron transport, and is conducive to the formation of a stable and uniform dispersion system. It can be effectively used in capacitors and has excellent compression and sensing performance. The preparation process of the invention is simple, the components are effectively compounded on the polyvinyl alcohol matrix through simple operations, the moisture control can be realized by directional moisture stimulation, and the electricity generation mode is green, environmentally friendly, stable and sustainable. It has high temperature sensitivity, fast response time, and does not require complex equipment.
