The invention relates to a two-stage preparation of a double-network shape memory polymer and a method for in-situ regulation of its glass transition temperature, belonging to the field of polymer research. The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems that the traditional shape memory network cannot adjust the crosslinking density after construction, and cannot adapt to the change of the recovery temperature with the ambient temperature. The polymer is composed of an acrylate network and an epoxy resin network. The two systems The mixture was irradiated under 365nm ultraviolet light with a power of 10-200mW/ cm2 for 2-30min for photocuring, and then heated at 60-90°C for 1-6h for thermal curing. At this time, two networks were formed respectively, and reversible bonds were formed. Cross-linking points have been formed, and the glass transition temperature is regulated in situ by controlling the formation and breaking of the cross-linking points. The invention utilizes a one-pot method for step-by-step molding, and provides a simpler, more efficient, and less environmentally polluting idea for preparing a dual network. |
