abstract The invention relates to the technical field of building material mortar preparation, in particular to a durable polymer mortar for reinforcing concrete members with high-strength steel wire cloth. It is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of cementitious material, 38-45 parts of graded quartz sand, 3-5 parts of polymer rubber powder, 0.2-0.4 parts of water reducing agent, 0.05-1 parts of thixotropic agent part, 0.05-0.2 part of retarder, 0.05-0.2 part of coagulation accelerator, 0.1-0.2 part of PP fiber, and 3-5 part of anti-freeze-thaw rust and compacting agent. The reinforced mortar with ordinary Portland cement and sulfoaluminate cement as the main cementitious material has small shrinkage value and good later strength. Modification has been carried out to improve the bonding strength between the repair mortar and the original concrete base, the gripping force with the high-strength steel wire, and the durability of the high-strength steel wire-polymer mortar reinforcement layer, such as water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and chloride ion penetration resistance.
