abstract | The invention discloses a drug relocation method based on a tissue-specific network, comprising the following steps: preprocessing a cancer expression data set sample and a drug perturbation gene expression data set; constructing a tissue related to rectal cancer according to a KEGG pathway database Specificity network; calculate the inhibition score value of drug-related genes to disease-related genes through tissue-specific network; screen out the most likely candidate drugs for the treatment of rectal cancer according to the inhibition score value. Compared with the classical method, the drug relocation method based on the tissue-specific network of the present invention has high predictive ability. The method provided by the invention is based on the drug relocation of the tissue-specific network, and solves the problems of low overlap between disease-related genes and drug-related genes, and imperfect drug-targeting relationship. The present invention performs drug effect prediction and screening based on comparative inhibition score values, and has wide applicability to recommended drugs for cancer. |
