abstract | The invention discloses a method and a system for comprehensively utilizing secondary aluminum ash. The method includes the following steps: performing multi-stage countercurrent water washing and pressure filtration on the secondary aluminum ash to obtain washing filtrate, secondary aluminum ash filter residue and recovered gas; drying the secondary aluminum ash by using the waste gas before the waste heat boiler of the cement kiln filter residue to obtain dry ash; wash the recovered gas through the ammonia tower with multi-stage countercurrent water to obtain ammonia water and combustible gas; transport the dry ash to a cement kiln for decomposition, and the ammonia water is used in the cement kiln SNCR denitration system or SCR denitration system, the combustible gas is transported to cement kiln decomposition furnace for combustion. In the method of the invention, the soluble salt is firstly removed by water elution of the aluminum ash, and the salt product is returned to the aluminum factory for use as a smelting agent. The desalinated aluminum ash is used as the raw material of cement to replace aluminum raw materials. The desalinated aluminum ash is directly used for cement raw materials, and the high temperature environment of the cement kiln itself is used to eliminate harmful substances such as aluminum nitride. |
