titleOfInvention | Application of sulfated polysaccharide from different marine organisms and its pharmaceutical composition |
abstract | The invention discloses the application of sulfated polysaccharides from different marine organisms and a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and belongs to the field of marine biomedicine. Specifically, the application of the sulfated polysaccharide derived from seaweed and sea cucumber in the preparation of anti-EV71 virus infection and/or prevention and treatment medicines for hand, foot and mouth disease. The marine seaweed-derived sulfated polysaccharide is seaweed-derived fucosylated sulfate, and the sea cucumber-derived sulfated polysaccharide is sea cucumber-derived fucosylated sulfate and sea cucumber-derived fucosylated chondroitin sulfate. The marine organism-derived sulfated polysaccharide can be prepared into various pharmaceutical dosage forms, and can be used together with other active agents or carriers through various administration modes. The raw materials used in the present invention are marine biological resources, which are rich in sources, low in cost and high in safety. It is verified by specific experiments that the prepared polysaccharide has a good anti-enterovirus EV71 effect at the cellular level, that is, it can play a good role in hand, foot and mouth disease. |
