The raw materials of Ejiao Red Date Solid Drink include Ejiao, dry paste, brown sugar and resistant dextrin; the dry paste is made from red dates, wolfberry, angelica and orange peel. Ejiao red dates solid beverage is prepared by the following methods: S1. Mash the dry paste, mix it with Ejiao and resistant dextrin and pulverize it into fine powder at a low temperature of not more than 20°C; S2. Use 85‑ 90% concentration of edible alcohol is sprayed to wet and mix uniformly, and then granulated; S3. Dry at 50-60°C for 12-14 hours until there is no alcohol smell, sieve and granulate to obtain Ejiao red dates solid beverage. The donkey-hide gelatin red jujube solid beverage prepared in the present application does not contain chemical additives, and has better taste and higher nutritional value at the same time.
