The present disclosure relates to extracellular vesicles, such as exosomes, comprising antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), wherein the ASOs comprise a contiguous nucleotide sequence of 10 to 30 nucleotides in length , the contiguous nucleotide sequence is complementary to the nucleic acid sequence within the STAT6 transcript. Also provided herein are methods for producing the exosomes and methods of using the exosomes to treat and/or prevent a disease or disorder. |
