The invention relates to a vanadium-doped nickel selenide nano-array material without a binder and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a solution: dissolving vanadyl acetylacetonate and selenium powder to obtain a uniform (2) reaction preparation: put the pretreated nickel foam into the mixed solution and carry out a hydrothermal reaction; (3) post-reaction treatment: after washing the nickel foam after the hydrothermal reaction, dry to constant weight , to obtain a vanadium-doped nickel selenide nano-array material without binder, which is used as a positive electrode material of a supercapacitor. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of higher specific capacitance and excellent rate performance, simple and controllable operation method, direct use of electrode materials without further processing, low cost, no environmental pollution and the like. |
