The invention relates to a coating material and its application in the field of medical instruments. In the invention, TiN, SiO 2 , CeO 2 and WS 2 are used as powder raw materials, and a composite coating is prepared by laser cladding on the surface of a medical stainless steel substrate by a synchronous powder feeding method . The composite coating prepared from the auxiliary raw materials has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The composite coating material can be applied to medical instruments such as tissue forceps to prolong their service life. |
