The invention discloses a preparation method of an injectable double-crosslinking hydrogel dynamically combined with natural polyphenols. The hydrogel material comprises a modified hyaluronic acid modified by a phenylboronic acid group and a vinyl group, and a vinyl group modified The modified gelatin, the photoinitiator and the natural polyphenol, the preparation method comprises: dissolving the modified hyaluronic acid, the modified gelatin and the photoinitiator in a phosphate buffer solution, and mixing them with the phosphate buffer solution containing the natural polyphenol evenly , to obtain a single-crosslinked hydrogel, and then irradiated with ultraviolet light to obtain a double-crosslinked hydrogel. The preparation process is simple and easy to operate, and the preparation conditions are mild. The hydrogel can mimic the natural nucleus pulposus tissue and has good mechanical properties, injectability, adhesion, pH responsiveness, biocompatibility, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, providing a new material for intervertebral disc tissue engineering.
