The invention discloses an integrated tool for laser-assisted turning, comprising a diamond blade, a small knife block, a knife shank, a metal block and a thin optical fiber. It is placed in the middle of the tool holder through threaded connection, and its position can be adjusted. In the area to be processed, the thin optical fiber is used to accurately deliver the laser power to the area to be processed to complete the preheating process of the workpiece material. The invention utilizes the thin optical fiber to accurately deliver the laser energy to the to-be-processed area of the workpiece material, which can effectively reduce the area of the heat-affected zone and reduce the wear of the diamond tool. |
