The invention discloses a method for preparing a double-layered microneedle patch for atopic dermatitis. The method prepares double-layered microneedles through double-template replication; uses methacrylate gelatin to form needle tips through ultraviolet light curing The inner layer is then transferred into a large template, and sodium hyaluronate is used to form the outer layer of the needle tip by drying, thereby preparing a double-layer microneedle patch. The double-layer microneedle patch prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical properties, and can be successfully inserted into the thickened skin of atopic dermatitis patients. It dissolves quickly, leaving the inner needle tip with strong biocompatibility, which can slow the release of therapeutic drugs and repair the epidermal barrier while anti-inflammatory, thereby reducing the symptoms of atopic dermatitis. |
