titleOfInvention Perovskite solar cell and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof, wherein the method comprises: (1) sequentially forming a lower electrode, a lower electrical transport layer and a perovskite light absorption layer on a substrate; The general structural formula of the perovskite in the mineral absorption layer is ABX 3 , wherein the A site is an organic cation or an organic cation and a monovalent alkali metal cation, the B site is a divalent metal ion, and the X site is a halogen ion; (2) Plasma treatment is performed on the surface of the perovskite light-absorbing layer, so that part of the organic components on the surface of the perovskite light-absorbing layer is decomposed and escaped to form a BX - containing passivation interface, so as to obtain the perovskite light-absorbing layer after the plasma treatment; ( 3) After the plasma treatment, an electrical transport layer and an upper electrode are sequentially formed on the surface of the perovskite light absorbing layer, so as to obtain a perovskite solar cell. Therefore, using this method to prepare a perovskite solar cell can improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell without adding a new modification layer.
