The invention discloses an assembly type catalytic filler, which uses graphene oxide and fiber materials as main assembly raw materials, water-soluble small molecular organic matter as wetting agent, ammonia water as nitrogen source, and hydrogen peroxide as pore-forming agent. A composite hydrogel assembly catalyst with a hierarchical porous structure was prepared by the method. The assembly-type catalytic filler obtained by the invention does not need to resort to traditional modification means such as introducing active metals, can show excellent catalytic reaction efficiency, and has good mechanical properties and cycle stability at the same time, and can provide a high-performance flow chemical system catalyst preparation. The preparation method involved is simple, the raw materials are readily available, the equipment requirements are low, the conditions are mild, and the production cost is low, which is suitable for popularization and application. |
