titleOfInvention A Eustachian Tube Openness Test System
abstract The invention discloses a Eustachian tube openness testing system, which mainly relates to the technical field of Eustachian tube testing. Including the Eustachian tube sonometry equipment combined with Eustachian tube manometry (TMM) to perform sonometry detection under the condition of nasopharyngeal pressure. The selected nasopharyngeal pressures of 30mbar, 40mbar, and 50mbar are provided by the TMM device. Based on these three pressure values, the sound measurement method is carried out respectively. Each pressure value is tested 1-3 times, and the sound pressure is detected by the microphone of the external auditory canal. (SPL) is the result, and no less than one SPL ≥ 5dB is defined as ET opening. The present invention has the beneficial effects of providing a new test method for the evaluation of Eustachian tube (ET) function and improving the diagnostic accuracy of ET function.
