abstract |
The invention provides a preparation method of pyraclostrobin microcapsules based on sodium alginate. The calcium aqueous solution was mixed, and the mixed solution was mixed with liquid paraffin containing 10% emulsifier A-110, and the shear rate of 1000 r/min was maintained for emulsification for 10 min; 87.5 mmol/L of glacial acetic acid was used to reduce the pH of the mixed phase, The cross-linking reaction occurs between the ions to form microcapsules; finally, the microcapsule slurry is separated by washing with an acetate buffer with a pH of 4.5, centrifuged and freeze-dried to prepare pyraclostrobin SA microcapsules. The pyraclostrobin microcapsules prepared by the invention have excellent formulation performance and can be used for the prevention and treatment of wheat root rot. |
