In the composite material of the present invention, after the benzylamine compound is combined on the surface of the zinc oxide nanoparticles, it can not only passivate the surface defects of the zinc oxide, but also increase the distance between the zinc oxide nanoparticles and reduce the surface contact, thereby reducing the surface contact. The occurrence of agglomeration is reduced; the benzene ring in the benzylamine compound has a large conjugated π bond, which can effectively improve the carrier transport capability of the composite material. |
