abstract |
The present invention proposes a method for efficiently screening high-yielding glutamine transaminase producing strains by using kanamycin. In Streptomyces mobara IPIO, the promoter of glutamine transaminase gene is used to control the expression of the resistance gene neo to obtain mutagenesis. The starting strain IPIO-BXL1; the mutant strain after the mutagenesis is screened by increasing the antibiotic concentration in the solid medium to obtain a high-yielding transglutaminase production strain. The invention also provides a starting strain IPIO-BXL1 and a construction method thereof. The invention significantly improves the efficiency of screening to obtain high-yielding glutamine transaminase strains, greatly saves manpower and material resources for screening strains, and has wide industrial application prospects. |
