The present invention relates to the technical field of semiconductor materials, in particular to an arylamine carbazole compound and an organic electroluminescence device comprising the compound. The structure of the compound is shown in the general formula (1). The aromatic amine carbazole compound of the present invention is bridged by the aromatic ring in the middle, and the carbazole and the aromatic amine are dispersedly connected on the aromatic ring, and have excellent hole transport ability, film phase stability and weather resistance. The use of new arylamine carbazole-based compounds to form hole transport materials for organic electroluminescent devices can show improved device performance, such as improved device efficiency, lower driving voltage, and longer lifetime. |
