The compound of formula III is obtained by the reaction of the compound; the compound of formula IV is obtained by reacting the compound of formula III with various compounds in S2; the compound of formula V is obtained by the reduction reaction of S3; Esterification reaction obtains the compound shown in formula VII; S5 obtains the compound shown in formula IX from the compound shown in formula VII through two-step reaction; S6 generates N-(carboxymethylamino group shown in formula I through hydrolysis reaction from the compound shown in formula IX carbonyl)-4,4'-bis(dimethylamino)diphenylamine sodium salt.
