abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-purity chlorine dioxide stable solution. The method is the process of adding sodium percarbonate to the pre-prepared mixed solution of sodium chlorate and sulfuric acid, and controlling the reaction temperature to produce high-purity chlorine dioxide. The produced chlorine dioxide can either be absorbed by a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide to obtain a stable chlorine dioxide solution, or can be directly absorbed by pure water to make a chlorine dioxide solution for direct use. The chlorine dioxide gas prepared by the method of the invention is of high purity, has very little chlorine gas content, is accompanied by the generation of oxygen and carbon dioxide, and has low production cost. |
