titleOfInvention A kind of method for producing protein feed by fermentation of tetracycline residue
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing protein feed by fermentation of tetracycline residues. The method comprises the steps of mixing activated Candida utilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus in a ratio of 1.5:1.0 and then inoculating 5-6% of the bacteria. Inoculated into a solid fermentation medium, placed at a constant temperature of 30-32°C and fermented for 72-78h to terminate the culture, with stirring every 8 hours during the period. The formula of solid fermentation medium is: tetracycline residue 70-75%, auxiliary material 25-30% (corn: bran = 1:1), urea 0.5-0.82%, ammonium sulfate 0.2-0.3%, magnesium sulfate 0.15-0.20% , potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.5‑0.8%. The fermented product is dried and pulverized to obtain protein feed.
