abstract The invention discloses a specific primer, probe and kit for real-time fluorescent detection of multiplexed viruses in xenotransplantation donors. The nucleic acid sequences of porcine hepatitis E virus (PHEV) were compared and analyzed, and the 1332-1430 segment of the PERV-GAG gene (all three types of PERV-ABC were highly conserved), the SI-HA gene, and the PHEV-ORF3 gene were used as amplification targets.
