The core-shell structure quantum dot includes a core body of a first quantum dot and a shell layer coated on the core body, the material of the shell layer includes a second quantum dot, and the band gap of the second quantum dot is less than the first quantum dot. The core-shell structure quantum dot of the invention can make the electron-hole pair can directly excite the second quantum dot in the shell layer to emit light, which effectively improves the injection rate of carriers, and has high EQE and high luminous efficiency. Moreover, the shell thickness of the core-shell structure quantum dots of the present invention can be controlled and adjusted and the first quantum dots can be selected to control the emission wavelength of the core-shell structure quantum dots of the present invention, so that the core-shell structure quantum dots of the present invention can be obtained in all wavelength bands. The quantum dot light-emitting film of the present invention and the quantum dot light-emitting diode of the present invention have high EQE and high luminous efficiency. |
