abstract | The invention discloses the application of miR-1285-5p in the preparation of products for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of thin endometrium. miR-1285-5p can inhibit the apoptosis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of endometrial glandular epithelial cells (EEC) , miR‑1285‑5p can also promote the cell proliferation activity of EEC. Also disclosed is the application of the miR-1285-5p inhibitor in the preparation of products for promoting EEC apoptosis. miR‑1285‑5p and its inhibitors have the functions of inhibiting EEC apoptosis and promoting EEC apoptosis, respectively, so corresponding reagents can be made, which provides a new idea for the treatment of thin endometrium. |
