abstract A wireless device receives a command with a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state via a first set of control resources (core set) of a first cell. The command indicates transmission of the preamble via the second cell. The preamble is transmitted via the second cell with transmission power determined based on a reference signal (RS). In response to the first cell being different from the second cell, the RS is indicated by a pathloss reference RS for the second cell.
