The conductive paste is prepared from the following raw materials by weight fraction: silver powder: silver-coated copper powder: lead-free glass powder: organic phase=60~67:6~15:14:16. The present invention uses silver-doped silver-clad copper to prepare conductive paste. That is to scientifically and rationally use part of the silver-coated copper to replace the pure silver powder in the prior art. Under the condition that the conductivity and sintering performance of the conductive paste are not weakened, the product cost can be effectively reduced. It saves silver, a rare resource in my country, which is beneficial to environmental protection and has social benefits. The use of low-melting lead-free glass powder has a low softening point, which meets the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, and avoids the problem of lead pollution from the source. |
