abstract | The invention provides a high water absorption, high strength antibacterial hydrogel dressing and its preparation method and application. The antibacterial hydrogel dressing of the present invention comprises the following components by weight: 2.5-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 20-35 parts of glycerol, 0.01-0.05 parts of nano silver, 1-3 parts of sodium alginate, 0.1 ~ 0.5 part of sodium polyacrylate; the balance is water, and the total number of parts is 100 parts. The present invention uses the supramolecular structure formed by the self-assembly of polyvinyl alcohol and glycerol as the main body of the hydrogel, and also contains a suitable amount of sodium alginate and sodium polyacrylate, and the synergistic effect between them can make the antibacterial hydrogel dressing more suitable for use. In the case of high water absorption, it can still maintain good tensile strength. The water absorption is above 1.9g/g, which can be as high as 3.8g/g, and the tensile strength can still be maintained at 1.6MPa, which can be as high as 2.8MPa. |
