The present invention provides an aqueous pharmaceutical composition comprising Remdesivir, characterized in that the pharmaceutical composition comprises: an active ingredient Remdesivir; an auxiliary material solubilizer, an acid-base regulator and water. Wherein the solubilizer in the pharmaceutical composition is vitamin E polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS), the acid-base regulator includes an acidifying agent and an alkalizing agent, and the water is preferably water for injection. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition of Remdesivir for intravenous infusion. The invention provides patients, especially patients infected with the new coronavirus, a liquid preparation of redoxivir for intravenous injection that can undergo final steam sterilization. |
