The quantum dot light-emitting diode in this embodiment includes a hole transport layer and a light-emitting layer that are superimposed. The hole transport layer includes a thermally delayed fluorescent material, the light-emitting layer includes a shell-shell structure of light-emitting quantum dots, and the core of the light-emitting quantum dots is InP . Doping the thermally induced delayed fluorescent material in the hole transport layer can significantly improve the luminous efficiency and service life of the quantum dot light-emitting diode with InP as the core.
