The invention discloses a preparation method of nanoporous carbon material, comprising the following steps: 1) adding carbon source precursor, nitrogen source precursor, manganese carbonyl, magnesium stearate and rhodium dicarbonyl acetylacetonate into a tetrahydrofuran solution, The reaction is carried out under heating and stirring, the obtained product is dried, mixed with zinc chloride, and ground; 2) the product obtained in step 1) is heated under nitrogen atmosphere; 3) the product obtained in step 2) is rinsed with hydrofluoric acid, and then with ethanol , alternately rinsed with deionized water until neutral, and vacuum dried to obtain the nanoporous carbon material. The nanoporous carbon material provided by the present invention can realize the efficient adsorption and catalytic oxidation removal of ammonia gas through the synergistic cooperation of the specific adsorption of the nanoporous carbon material and the oxidation of ammonia gas.
