titleOfInvention A kind of inkjet printing-assisted methanol oxidation to formaldehyde iron molybdenum catalyst and its preparation and application
abstract The invention relates to an iron-molybdenum catalyst assisted by inkjet printing technology for methanol oxidation to formaldehyde, and a preparation method and application thereof. Due to the inkjet printing technology, microreaction mixing process of microliter and picoliter level can be realized. Inkjet printers become microreactors for catalyst preparation. The above preparation method can realize full mixing of raw materials, and can ensure constant and uniform catalyst preparation conditions without strong mechanical stirring. Further, the contact area between the iron molybdate and the molybdenum oxide is effectively increased, the loss of the molybdenum component is slowed down, and the service life of the catalyst is improved. The above iron-molybdenum catalyst can be used in oxidation processes such as methanol oxidation to formaldehyde, and has higher application value because of its more uniform composition and higher service life.
