The present application discloses a rivastigmine pharmaceutical composition and a preparation method thereof. The pharmaceutical composition includes a filler, a disintegrant and a lubricant. The dissolution test of the pharmaceutical composition in purified water (in line with the 2020 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" Part IV) medium is affected by the auxiliary materials, resulting in a low dissolution of the main drug. After research, it is determined that the interfering auxiliary material is the disintegrant cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose. Therefore, the type and dosage of excipients are controlled, and the obtained products are rapidly dissolved in vitro, with high dissolution rate and improved product bioavailability. |
