abstract |
The invention belongs to the technical field of material synthesis and photoelectric conversion, and in particular relates to a graphene-wrapped three-dimensional titanium dioxide composite material TiO2 -CdS-RGO and a perovskite solar cell. The graphene-wrapped three-dimensional mesoporous titanium dioxide heterostructure composite material TiO2 -CdS-RGO with unique energy band matching according to the present invention can be used as an electron transport material for perovskite solar cells and applied to photovoltaic devices. The triple structure of TiO2 ‑CdS‑RGO provides sufficient voids for perovskite infiltration, which effectively improves the separation and extraction of photogenerated charges. Owing to the excellent electronic conductivity of RGO, which can effectively improve the charge transport kinetics, the TiO2 ‑CdS‑RGO electron transport layer exhibits enhanced charge transport ability. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the obtained solar cell is greatly improved, and the solar cell has good long-term working stability. |
