titleOfInvention Hybridoma cell producing anti-beta-amyloid antibody and use thereof
abstract The present application provides hybridoma cells that produce anti-β-amyloid antibodies and uses thereof. The anti-β-amyloid monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma cells of the present application is capable of specifically binding to primate β-amyloid, and preferably has a high-affinity effect on human β-amyloid. The hybridoma cells of the present application that produce a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to beta-amyloid and the monoclonal antibody produced therefrom can be used to detect beta-amyloid and/or to diagnose Alzheimer's disease.
