titleOfInvention A kind of slag type optimizer in copper smelting process and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a slag type optimizer, which comprises 25%-30wt% Al 2 O 3 , 20%-30wt% SiO 2 , 15%-20wt% Fe powder, 15%-20wt% lime, 5 %‑10% Na 2 CO 3 . The invention also provides a preparation method of the slag conditioner. The slag-type optimizer provided by the invention has the advantages of low melting point, fast melting speed, good slag fluidity, strong adsorption and inclusion capacity, etc. Therefore, as a slag-type optimizer, it has good slag conditioning, and improves the concentration of As, Pb and other impurity elements. The effect of adsorption entrainment and removal reduces the output of hazardous waste residues in the copper smelting process, avoids environmental pollution caused by poor stacking of hazardous waste residues, and reduces the treatment cost of hazardous waste residues. Moreover, the slag adjusting agent is convenient to use, does not increase the labor intensity of workers, improves the ability to remove impurity elements in the copper smelting process, and thus reduces the production cost.
