titleOfInvention | A kind of marker composition for colorectal cancer detection and its application |
abstract | The invention discloses a marker composition for colorectal cancer detection and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of biological detection. The marker composition is a combination of three protein markers related to the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and plasma cell-free DNA methylation biomarkers, which can distinguish benign intestinal polyps from malignant colorectal cancer tumors using isolated blood samples. In view of the non-invasiveness and convenience of isolated blood samples, it is suitable for large-scale promotion and application. The detection of colorectal cancer-related specific methylation sites in blood, combined with the detection results of protein tumor markers, greatly improves the sensitivity and specificity of colorectal cancer detection, thereby realizing early screening and early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. The cfDNA methylation markers identified by direct comparison of in vitro blood samples from benign polyps and colorectal cancer patients can detect colorectal cancer while distinguishing benign and malignant polyps, which can largely avoid colorectal cancer screening over-diagnosis in the process. |
