After the reaction is completed, add alcohol to the reaction solution to carry out the quenching reaction, the quenching reaction temperature is controlled below 30 ℃, and the organic layer is separated after the reaction is completed; 3. The organic layer is successively dried and rectified to obtain the product tetravinylsilane. The invention has the advantages of simple operation steps, few reaction steps, easy purification, and high purity of the obtained tetravinylsilane.
