The invention discloses a g-C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 /C nanometer heterojunction photocatalyst and an in-situ preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes using tetramethylammonium hydroxide as a nanometer titanium dioxide catalyst in a nitrogen source environment. The surfactant, through wet chemical hydrothermal reaction, obtains a titanium dioxide intermediate for adsorbing a nitrogen source; and then heat-treating the titanium dioxide intermediate to obtain a g-C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 /C nano-heterojunction photocatalyst. The invention realizes the in-situ synthesis of g-C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 /C nano-heterojunction, the method is simple in operation, easy to obtain raw materials, low in cost, and environmentally friendly, and the prepared g-C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 /C nanoheterojunction realizes nano-level recombination, the interface is tightly bonded and forms a double Z-type energy band structure, which is conducive to the separation and transport of photogenerated carriers, and has excellent performance and positive significance in photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants , has a good application prospect. |
