abstract The present application relates to the field of HPV virus antibodies, and specifically discloses an anti-HPV virus yolk immunoglobulin gel and a preparation method thereof. Anti-HPV yolk immunoglobulin gel, including the following raw materials: anti-HPV yolk immunoglobulin, alginate, alkaline gelatin, carbomer, neutralizer, preservative, polyethylene glycol, glycerin and purified water . The preparation method of the anti-HPV yolk immunoglobulin gel includes: taking the above raw materials and mixing them uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; and emulsifying the mixed solution to obtain a target gel. The yolk immunoglobulin gel obtained in the present application has a high titer against HPV virus, and shows an effective anti-HPV virus ability. Through the synergistic effect between alginate and gelatin, the present application not only forms a stable yolk immunoglobulin gel, which is conducive to better anti-HPV yolk immunoglobulin; and the gel itself has the effect of preventing virus assembly , so that the anti-HPV virus efficacy of the gel can be further improved.
