Application of YH66_14275 protein or its mutant in the preparation of L-arginine |
abstract |
The invention discloses the application of YH66_14275 protein or its mutant in preparing L-arginine. The YH66_14275 mutant disclosed in the present invention is a protein obtained by mutating the 87th amino acid residue of the YH66_14275 protein from proline to leucine. In the present invention, YH66_14275 C260T is obtained by single-point mutation of the YH66_14275 gene , and then the constructed YH66_14275 or mutant gene overexpression recombinant bacteria and YH66_14275 knockout recombinant bacteria are fermented and cultured to find that the YH66_14275 gene or its mutant gene can regulate bacterial L ‑Arginine production. The present invention discovers for the first time that the YH66_14275 gene is involved in the biosynthesis of arginine, and has great application value for cultivating high-yield and high-quality strains conforming to industrial production and for industrial production of arginine. |
